Question Tensioner Assembly..

Hey, I don't know where to start a new post (new here). The 19mm nut on my tensioner is rounded, so I bought a new one. Well the 14mm top assembly bolt is also rounded. Man did someone break one off in me, literally.
Well I removed passenger side mount, removed s pipe, removed 2 bottom bolts holding engine, also loosened transmission mounts on driver side. The engine still won't raise high enough. I am raising it up over 4" then I feel a lot of resistance and stop.

Question:

- Am I doing this right? (to raise engine) I figured if it came up high enough I could get a T45 on the tension pulley and break tension that way to put belt back on and screw replacing the whole tension assembly. I already put the new shock on the assembly. (the other was warped and hitting crank pulley)
I mainly need to get the belt on to drive it to my buddy's house who has a shop, to raise the engine out and replace the tension assembly. I tried getting a pipe wrench on that 14mm bolt with no success.Currently I am in an apartment parking lot and basically stranded. Been working on this for a freaking week.

- Does anyone have a method for just getting belt back on without that 19mm? Also I tried JB Weld and that was like trying to ____ upwind in a Monsoon. Then I wedged a pry bar over tension pulley and came down relieving tension
but couldn't get belt on. I had it coming around bottom crank pulley last because I am a one man band and my pry bar ate the room for the belt to go over alternator last. I tried the tension pulley and water pump pulleys last also.

Thanks y'all.

Uhhh, yeah, there's no 'automatic' tensioner on a Gen1 xA/xB...all tension is done manually. Without pictures hard to say what you are prying on or trying to loosen but you shouldn't have to lift a motor to change belts.
