JDM BLITZ S/C KIT
DOES ANYONE know where wires go from activation box?
there is a blue one that i think goes to relay in engine bay.
there is ayellow one that i think goes to the throttle position switch circuit on ecu.there is a black one that goes to ground on ecu. and there is a red that goes to 12 volt.i am going off instructions from blitz usa version. should be the same. so i have followed all of that and i still have the manual switch that i am not sure how to wire. it has three wires.one red that i am assuming goes to 12 volt. another re d one that had a fuse holder tapped into it with what looked like a ground strap at the end. and then it has a black one for ground. clutch seems to activate when grounded. any ideas? please help. i am almost there.should supercharger run at all times or just when? when? thanks everyone for your help so far.

please help; i cannot get activation box to engage clutch on compressor. the kit came with a three wire switch( ground, acc, and power). one wire had a built in fuse holder.do you have any idea how this is wired to car and activation box?
go to this site and see if it can help you some....

thanks for the reply simply red. i found that already and my activation box only has one set of wires coming out of it. in that picture and description it has two sets . i am beginning to think that either my activation box is not working or i have to rig it up however the last guy did.thanks
Check the fuses. You have tapped into the "car" part of the ECU.
Got your PM & looking into it. At this time I'm thinking that the control module you have, since it's a 3 wire, a ground, power & IGN #1. Is there a selector on the Box?

Forgot to ask, what year is this car? Simply red gave you the link to the diagram from Blitz, however if your car is an 06 there will be a difference........... The red & black will be the same, the yellow won't. The Ign & injectors are NOT in the same part of the harness as the mid 05 cars.
hey steve60; there is not a selector on the box.i checked all the fuses , fusible link, and they look good. my xb is a 2004 but the wiring for the kit shows a different box , mine does not have anything but 4 wires coming out of box. so this morning drove it to work. needed to move it back a little after stopping and the battery is clicking(dead). also noticed one headlight was out . come to think of it now i switched some fuses around so maybe need to replace all fuses. thanks for your help steve.
If there is no selector on the box it can't be right.
If possible, post a pic....
Strange things happen when the battery is not at 12v. I don't mean an undercharged battery - a dead cell.

OK STEVE i will when i get a chance. yeah i am praying the battery fixes it. i will keep you posted. thanks for your help.
does it make since to get tuned before getting everything hooked up(electronics) right? i am running real rich and dont want to cause other problems.

The rich condition is the injectors. It will take a few days for the OE ECU to adapt. Thuis the way the kit was designed - pump & injectors. Rich will NOT caus a problem other than, possible, fouling pluggs.
Untill I can see the activation box, I don't believe that it's right. If there is no RPM selector on it, I have not seen it or know how it would function for your app.
The ECU that you got may hold the answer to the app. It has some numbers on it that would identify the application. It is not a pulg in for the XB, Yes?

it does not plug into the xb. correct.i will take pics and post tonight.
on the other problem: found blown fuse under dash.
it was the 40amp green one on the top left(maxi). thank goodness i thought i really messed something up.
thank you so much for all your help.

I almost bought the jdm blitz s/c a couple of years ago. One problem is the fuel controller it is set for 100 octane since thats what octane japan uses. Also one one I looked at didn't come with the fuel controller but they told me to run a direct drive pulley instead of the clutch pulley.
I tried celica gts 310cc injectors and the greddy e ultimate piggyback. All I got was fouled plugs and a messed up cat from all the raw fuel from a cold start problem. Hope you have better luck with the greddy blue unit and tc injectors. It has to do with the stock ecu and the computer goes from a closed loop to a open loop.
I never tried the greddy blue emange but what you will pay for a pnp harness you should try the new aem fuel controller. Some people here in the past use the greddy unit blue box and have to reset their ecu with a switch like every day or every few days using a turbo, Good luck with your build.

thanks ice; the kit came with camcon cc101. tried to get that wired in. had it right at one point but the car was running so bad i figured i tapped into wrong line. also tried getting activation box going which doesnt match us version instructions. so now i will start from the begginig again like steve60 suggested. thanks for the reply and the good luckiness.ha ha
the camcon wont compensate enough for the larger injectors. Ive been there. A couple of people on here are feeding you incorrect information please go through me I know that set-up well. PM me all u want
Woah! The black box looks familiar, but that's about all.
The black box is not the activation box. I believe it is an O2 adaptor or part of the fuel control used with the ECU ( pictured above ).
What it comes down to, is, there is a harness that is missing & the blower control box.
Does the CamCon have a harness on it that pluggs into the, pictured ECU? Then on the other side have a female milti pin molex? In other words does it have 2 ends, 1 male 1 female? If not, we go to plan B.

the yellow wire coming off that black box has a tag that says that it goes to yellow wire on pictured ecu. nothing like that on the camcon.
i dont know why but one of the wires coming off switch had a 10 amp fuse built into it.
do you think i could use a activation box from the us version and switch. i got a part number from blitz(10135-s01)?
