excuse me how create a return line to add a pressure regulator?

 

you need to upgrade to a perrin rail and run your own return back to the tank drilling a hole in the top of your sending unit or fuel tank. But you will run into a problem due to the intank regulator. It still wont let you get over 54psi of fuel pressure...
