Hi all!,

Today morning I had this issue with my Xa with 70k miles on it.

1. First try didnt start the engine (it took more than the usual time,so I gave up on the key)

2. Second try it did start, but shuddered bad as if to stop the engine, so I put the engine off again and checked under the hood for any valve loosenings. But nothing was out of order.

3. Third it did startup fine, but on the course of my trip i realized my AC is not working!

After about 20miles of running I stopped and checked. Upon an advice from a friend I checked AC clutch assembly, it was spinning even when AC is off. Is this is the normal behaviour?

Can someone pls check your Xa and let me know?

OK since no one seemed interested in telling me, i went to an auto AC repair center and showed my car. Nothing wrong with compressurer, my gas was empty. I had it topped up 3 months ago, but seems like it all drained out. So they removed dash boards and everything and checked inside and found out the cooler was having a leak.. they are replacing the cooler at the moment..

wil cost me like $150 for labour + gas refill + reconditioned cooler.. hopefully not more than that :?
