Air vent replacements?

i saw some people with silver air vents...did they paint it? or just buy some replacements? well if they bought it does nebody know where to get them at?

If any one knows a place that sells this, then they must also sell the speaker covers. I left mine outside the car for the day and my cat scratched the end of the drivers side and it's really notiecable
