Default alternator

Hello all...FIRST POST..

Anyways I just ordered my 2005 BOP xB and I am curious about the alternator.

I am going to be installing a system as soon as the xB comes in.

Alpine HU
Kenwood EQ
JL Audio 300/4
JL Audio 500/1
JL Audio 6.5 XR comp set.
JL Audio 6.5 XR coaxials
2 12" JL Audio w1v2

Will the factory Alternator be alright or should I upgrade. I had a chevy cav (2001) a couple years back and the alternator didnt fair so well. Let me know what you think.

Well opinions are relative on this matter, but I'm runnin twice the amount of power that you will be and I've had no issues.

It shouldn't be relative on this matter!

Take the output of a new, stock alternator and subtract
the draw of all the gear. If you are in the negitives you are
in trouble! Very simple!

Unfortunatly I have no idea what the stock alternator puts out.
Not much I bet, since this is a budget car.
