Default Change light in xA cubby compartment

I am seeking help on changing the color of the light inside the cubby compartment on our xA. My son and I are not super fond of the orange light, and we think the box looks like an EZ Bake Oven. While it would be cool if it really WAS an oven, and you could keep a burrito warm in there, we are trying to figure out how we could change the light.. The only instructions I've seen are for a tC, where you reach your hand behind and simply pull the light out to change it. But the xA has a plastic cover inside the top of the box, that LOOKS like it would unclip and allow access to the bulb. But I've already broken two plastic pry tools and I can't open the cover.

Am I going about it wrong? Do I need to disassemble the dash trim to get in there? And I thought it was a #74 bulb, but I also see it might be a 194.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

pull the side silver trim pieces off, i can pull those off with my hands... and remove the 4 screws holding the cubby in place... it's a yellow bulb cover that gives it the orange look

Yes- thanks. That is indeed how we did it. Remove two side trim pieces. Remove screws holding in cubby box. Wiggle cubby box over the shifter and sort of get it upside down-?? Then a quarter turn on the bulb holder. I replaced the bulb with a blue LED from Wal-Mart, and it's pretty great. Thanks for your input. Much appreciated!
