Default Cigarette lighter and eclipse head unit with no power.....

i was using a power drill in my car off my power inverter i had plugged into the cigarette lighter, well the drill stopped working and i plugged the cigarette lighter back into its place and it never heated up, also my eclipse head unit stopped working, anyone help me out?

probably just the fuse. this actually just happened to me on sunday. heh

i just switched out the fuse for the dome cause my radio and dome were off and my clock kept resetting. after i swapped it out with a spare mini 15, everything was all good

See if your unit can accept cds. If it can, check your accessory fuse that has the radio 12v on it as well.

took it to the local toyota dealer to see if they can just tell me what fuse it was real quick, ____ heads told me they cant look at it till tomorrow, so i got ____ed and found the fuse under the dash, it was 15v blue fuse, thank god i had a spare under the hood, swapped it and everything turned out ok, my stereo sounds super crisp, im so happy, just gotta build myself a box that fits all nice in the trunk now!

15A (amps) NOT 15V (volts)...so as not to confuse anyone that didn't know.
