Dome Light Problem !!!

Default Dome Light Problem !!!

Hey Guys, I was working on my car and seems like it the two wires touched each other but the fuse was not blown. now after installing everything, the dome light is not working, so wondering if any one knows where the delay relay for dome light located on XB, Any help is appreciated, Sean

i think its under the dash by the speedo...
i'll have to check when i get home...(and my isp is working tonight)

Thanks man, I know there two relay under there, Black and Red and both of them say DOOR RELAY on them but I don't know if they are are related to dome light, but thanks again for your help, Sean

Yep, I have the posetive side but there is no ground, so it doesn't show if the doors are open or close, since they have the switch for ground side, so Ithink the module is bad, Sean

where are you testing the wires...the ground comes from the mounting screws of the dome light.

the two wires at the dome light are for constant power and a dimming power....(thats what i remember from doing my dome light...but its been a while...)

I was testing at two connector outputs, I know one is posetive for sure, and the other one as you mentioned is dimming (-) or also gives the negetive side when its on the open door/light comes on mode, so now I'm missing that negetive to the connector, which I think is comming from some kind of relay which is connected to door switches, so it would be awsome if some one knew which box/relay that is or where it is located on Xb, Sean
