Fog Lights Relays Not Well Documented in EWD (Elect Wiring Diagrams)
I am having trouble correlating wiring diagrams to physical placements.
I found a picture on ebay of front and back of the in cabin junction and fuse panel, but the EWD seems to omit some relays. See pictures:
EWD page 24 Front of panel Back of panel
[Later Realization: See the 2 Blue Relays in the Back of Panel picture? The space BELOW them is where a FOG LIGHTS relay should go,
but the guy who removed this panel probably stripped the attachment off since it held no relay, I bet! This was a big contributor to my confusion]
I watched the video Brandon of Extreme Daily Drivers put up on Youtube for adding FOG LIGHTS to his xB and I want to zero in on the exact location to plug in that relay!
But I am stumped from this documentation (I have not crawled under the dash of my car yet though).
Any guidance?
Thanks!

Reason: Added Fog Lights to Title Per OP Desire
I got the (?) AUTOWIKI (Amazon Seller) FOG LIGHTS Working last night!
You probably know you have to insert a RELAY you buy separately into an empty (and kind of hidden) socket.
Bad luck: The only (eBay) picture I could find of an Instrument Panel J/B (aka Interior Fuse Panel) that had a BACK VIEW also had the FOG LIGHTS RELAY MISSING (see above, only 2 relays are hanging off).
I guess the way the relays are clipped/strapped/hung off the side of the Instrument Panel J/B meant they did not even try to identify them on that EWD Page 24 above. Page 24 shows 4 anonymous protrusions on the left,
the top 3 are RELAYS and the 4th is a unused connector? IDK! As many folks have confirmed, the 3rd relay (or empty socket) from the top is for the fog lights.
Since YouTuber Brandon of Extreme Daily Drivers got the RELAY inserted OK by hand, I decided I would too. But I failed until I took some Endoscope pictures that may help someone else so I will contribute them.
(Critical info is the VERTICAL | | lugs of the relay are at the BOTTOM of the socket) (hmmm they are only the VERTICAL lugs if you are holding the relay in Portrait orientation! So hard to remove all ambiguities!)
(the EMPTY socket is where the Fog Light Relay needs to go)
