Has anyone changed the needles on the speedo.
its easy, there are needle stops on all but the fuel guage..
just put the needles on, rotate anti-clockwise untill they hit the stops.
for Fuel, its easier to make a mark on the side of the cluster while its off, and before you remove the needle, so you know where to line it back up to, ive done it about 85x with sucess every time..

here is a pic of my speedo, with custom face, and orange lighting gel behind the face for color change.. Its not the greatest pic, but you get the idea, i didn't use the flash and took the pic from pretty far back.. When your actually in the car, it looks factory, and matches the clock and hvac.
Also, Randode sells clear speedo needles for those that have changed their face out, there is a clearn plastic part that fits on top of the cluster but behind the guage face, that spreads the light emitted by the led's in the cluster, so if you move to a clear needle, it will catch the light and light up.
