Is this color similar to the stock amber interior lights in the RS2 xB or is it so different that another color to contrast with the amber (red?) would work better.
My preference would be to match the amber, but I like the "plug & play" aspect of the randode system.

Can anyone help here?

its most likely orange/amber... randode most likely just calls it 'hot lava"

 

I got the "Hot Lava" (they are orange/red) cathodes for my 2.0, I will be installing them this weekend. Here are pics from randode.com.
