Damn 4150! I think you were the one I was betting against! I didn't win it because I thought it was too much. There was another one on the site that I was looking at and thought that I could pick up cheaper. Finally got it for $60 shipped. It only took about 30 minutes to put it in. I got extra controls on the left that I may change the color of the LED behind it (I did the odometer/clock in the past). The leather is not bad - especially comparing it to the original. Almost as cheap as getting a leather wrap. I would do this again. Just make sure that you have the battery unplugged for about 90 seconds (longer wouldn't hurt).

The guy wasn't lying on the auction description, the wheel was brand new and still had that "new leather" smell.

Is it a direct fit? or does it take some modifying?

Pretty much a direct fit - like the colored one you can get. Took me 15 minutes to put it on. Waited a little longer to make sure the air bag was de-energized.
