i was wondering if they make any head units dat can play Mini Discs...like the ones that sony use on their net MD walkmans

sony still makes them, as well as a 6 disc minidisc changer...

 

I have a bunch of MDs collecting dust. From the looks of it, the unit does not play MP3's.

 

Try googling double din minidisc, there's a ton of them out there. They are all made for Europe and Japan though, so you will need to do something with the radio tuner because they operate on different frequencies than the US. None that I found that play mp3 minidiscs though.
