Default Need help with keyless enrty/Alarm for xA

I can't seem to get the lock/unlock function to operate the door locks. My alarm kit specs say it has a -500mA output for lock and unlock. I used the wiring guild from the Tech Section and found the lock and unlock wires in my kick panel.

Now even though my manual says -500mA outputs, when I measure them with a Multimeter I see a pos voltage when using the keybob lock/unlock buttons.

Do I need a relay circuit to go between the alarm system and the kick panel wiring?

I even bought a second alarm system of a different brand and still got the same results.

HELP!!!!!!!

does it at least lock the doors?
if you used the blue/yellow as unlock, then you have to set the alarm to double pulse unlock...

many alarm systems will pulse a positive and negative on the same wire to unlock it... hook it up (make sure they are the correct wires in the vehicle... )and it should work

No it does not lock or unlock anything. There are 2 wiring connector groups in the kick panel. The upper wiring connector has smaller gauge wires, whick wires am I looking for for the lock and unlock wires? Maybe I'm connecting to the wrong wires?
