the link info is easy to follow along with, problem is the listings are wrong for (in order...) ARIZONA, COLORADO, GEORGIA, ILLINOIS, INDIANA, MICHIGAN, MISSISSIPPI, MISSOURI, N. DAKOTA, OHIO, OREGON, TEXAS, VIRGINIA & WASHINGTON D.C. - I didn't count/list the ones who's year of enactment were wrong, that part wouldn't get you a ticket.
...but hey...37 outta 51 - if Mobile Electronics Mag could get into the MLB - they'd be batting a .7254!!! Hall of Fame baby!
They just need to update their info to the current standards is all. They are using a really old list is all.
