Where to buy install kit...

The wiring harness is easy, same as most toyotas.
But the install kit is a killer, haven't been able to find any of the ones in the sticky. AudioOutfitter.com says they have them, but won't let you add it to the cart.

Where'd everyone get theirs?

best buy or circuit city should have them.... if not any mass retailer will have them.

I have an install kit (scosche) that is brand new if somebody needs it. I dicided to go with a dbl. din set-up, so I'll sell it for $16, which includes shipping.
