The springs are enough...I wouldn't take the plunge for the shocks just yet.

Wait for a company to come out with a shorter stroke shock...that way you can go lower than 2 if you choose to IF a company ever makes a spring that dips below 2.

Good springs though.

Agreed. And the price of the shocks/struts is WAYYYYYYYY too much.

how much did u plan on spending for SHOCKS AND SPRINGS?
lets just say springs without(not adkistability) is like 250.
well ground control's coilover sleeves are like near 400.
and shocks from TRD is at least 3-4..
so u figure u're gonna spend 6-8 bills depending whhich route.
and with that price, u CAN get tananbe, tein, and maybe even
cusco(but its near 1000 bucks).
with a FULL coilover setup, u can go low and not sacrifice the ride's
smoothness. and it'll corner a lot better.

Here's what you don't get--the TRD shocks do not have a shorten stroke--at least not short enough to go below 2.5 inches and not have problems down the line. They are designed specifically for the TRD springs, and not any other application that goes below 2.5 inches in total drop.
