At the moment there are 5 kits spoken for and several more I am waiting on deposits from. I decided to make enough components to do 20 conversions, so the next conversions will ship quicker than this first run. I am also about done with the DIY install instructions, and should have it posted soon.
Thanks again,

Ok, some have asked what has to be modified on the hub. Well, each spoke has to have .165 taken off of them to fit into the rotor. Here are a couple pictures I took last night of my hub getting machined. Before and after the .165 removed.
Before: This is on a fixture I made to mount the hubs in a lathe to turn them the same on each spoke.

And after it has been turned

And these two are before the hub is turned sitting on the rotor and after.
Before it's turned sitting on the rotor

And after, sitting in the hat after modifying it

Nothing to do with the rotors, but some CNC'd parts to do 20 conversions

Ok here are a few more pictures of the actual install. I'm working on getting a PDF done of the installation, but I have been busy working on the conversion kits, so its taking a little longer than expected so here are some install pictures to see whats involved. Most of these pictures are on the workbench, so I could get some detail shots. These are just a few of them, and the ones on here towards the end are of the mock-up bracket. The new ones will be CNC'd and anodized black. This is just to give you all an idea of what is involved in the conversion.

Well, all the machined parts are done and all the parts that had to be ordered and modified are done. Now I'm just waiting on the machined parts to come back from plating and anodizing. Here are a few pictures of some of the anodized parts.

Should have the plated parts back real soon. Then I can start packing up the conversions and send them to their new owners!!!
