OH man I'm focussed now on these (the cal choppy thread, go to bottom for pics!)
that "whitewall" is the painted rim of an aluminum wheel.

Very nice Sid!
Yeah, with a neutral color car like yours you can make the rim flange about any color you choose.
Am in sticker shock over the Cal Choppys- see the thread for pricing.
Sorry this puts it up over what many would budget for the moon/whitewall look.
But your look is what rolled this whole ball along and got me into Cal Choppys so
THANK YOU SID!

thanks guys!
I droved it over the weekend, in freeways and some bad street roads, and it held up. even did some sharp turns, and it stayed.
Still getting that weird/amazed look from different people. This morning a PT cruizer driver followed me, drive to my side and approved the looks.
Its so comfy to ride on 15's again, but in 2-3 months, I have to swap the 17's back again for a different look.
thanks,

thanks, they are the same 15" tire , 1.75"Atlas whitewall inserts from Lucas in Long Beach. I just put them an hour ago, very easy to put it.
Stickler, have you mounted yours, I read your post and you said it keeps on squezzing out?
I tested mine with short distant driving, it held well. I have yet to test it more.
