Trying to figure out what kit this is and if it's available to the us, any feedback is greatly appreciated!

 

looks to be the bomex kit to me

 

that funny it looks stock on top of the front bumper but then an ultra fat lip. Doesn't really look like it goes with the car imho.

Doesn't go with the car... that's kind of how Bomex functions. I can't find a good picture of it right now, but the rear bumper for the cavalier was always called the park bench in the J-Body crowd. I kind of liked it, but it IS/WAS freaking huge.

 

I like the back and the sides, but not the front.

I'm looking into getting a lip kit soon. I want the skirts from the bomex kit, maybe the back but I'm thinking I'll use the front from an F1 kit:
