After being passed by a kid in a pick-em-up with his middle finger extended, I decided I just HAD to make this mod, TODAY!!! It's a done deal. Only addition to the instructions I would add:

I used a dremel tool to quickly remove the plastic locating tab on the washer nozzle.

Now I can even rotate it back into its normal position if I really need it!

Thanks much for the DIY, and all the humor in the replies!

Also i don't know if you guys know, but the front ones can be aimed to shoot up and over. I don't know about 04s and 05s, but my 06 has three openings, i aimed the highest one up and now it shoots over. during the day the only way to tell really is to watch for the person behind you to use their wipers but at night you can see it by way of their headlights. also the fronts are already aimed perfect that they will shoot straight in the windows at drive-throughs... if you aim the front ones over they are better at higher speeds, the rear one is better at lower speeds like unter 45.

Hahahaha. some dude had the funny suggestion of putting brake fluid into it! lol! the car behind you will look like it hit a dear! hahahahahaha!

* I bet the pump can't suck/spray a liquid that thick though... but it's an entertaining thought nonetheless. ;]

until they go to spray it off, then bye bye paint...I would never do that, because i wouldn't want anybody to do that to me. because i tend to tailgate when i'm in a hurry or just feel the need to whip in and out of traffic. I have though about some kind of soda though, because it gets sticky...it would be prefect for hot days...

I just tried to do this mod, but I couldn't remove the brake light housing... it seemed like it was glued on or held by tabs. I was able to see the nozzle though, but couldn't get those tabs to move... very little clearance for working...

Plus, all of the pictures are broken

2006.5 xB, two nozzles.

Any advice?
