Front license plate holder

Front license plate holder
I got my xB in PA which I believe only requires a rear license plate. In Ohio you have to have both a front and rear plate. I don't see how a front plate is mounted. Is there some holder made specifically to mount a plate on the front of an xB? Any help would be appreciated.

nope.. they normally drill into the bumper... but of course you wouldn't want that...

I found one on e-bay. It's called a "front license plate bracket relocator". It's sold by eight08customs.com in Hawaii. It attaches to the honeycomb grill so you don't have to drill any holes!
