i want to take my altezzas apart for modifications and they are held on by glue just like the headlights. i tried the oven tecnique but didn't do it. so i think i got to turn up the heat, but don't know how hot i should make it. what i tried was 230 for 15 minutes and didn't work so i thought it was good enough and tried using a screw driver for a little leverage. but of course stupid of me. i just had to try that and chip and broke part of the lens. so should i try 250 for 15min or just stay at 230 for 25min? too hot will crack the lens, as well as too long. what you guys think?

i don't approve of putting money in the oven to burn, unless cookies appear. but, uh, that sucks. i'm afraid to even unscrew anything in my car b/c it might break.

 

what kind of taillights? like superboxcarxb said. ovens are for cookies, pizza, and the occasional chicken pot pie.

be careful you just might cook them

 

hey if there are threads like this for head lights, why not for tail lights. its fine. i got money to burn, i got spare altezza ready if need be.
