Default HID conversion kit?

Hey guys I got a set of Spyder LED halo projector headlights for my 2005 xb, but I actually wanted HID ones. Does anyone know of a conversion kit or a website that I can buy a kit from?

Try ddmtuning.com, they offer a lifetime warranty, I'm running their HIDs in ebay projector headlights with no issues. I do recommend getting the relay harness. It'll power HIDs straight from battery.

I have something similar to these

You just buy ballast and bulbs that fit your headlights.

My lights take H1 for hi beam and 9006 for low beam, I added two separate relay harnesses one for hi and low. Your headlights may take a different size though.

I have a new in the box HID conversion kit from Meng Motorsports, a seller on this site. I bought it, but never installed it. It is a 6000K kit, for 9006 bulb applications.
Will sell for $90 shipped - new is $120. Check out the thread below.

Can send pics later tonight, if you are interested.

I'm still trying to figure out what size bulbs and wattage that i need.

the lights i have now are Spyder - Chrome Halo Projector Lights.

I'm running HB4 9006 55W bulbs in them now, but the company is telling me not to put 55W HID's in them cuz it will cause too much heat and damage the projector. But I thought HID's burn cooler than regular Halogens?

So did you have to by 2 separate kits? One for hi-beam and one for low-beam?

Okay, I think I got it all figured out haha. Thanks for all the help, and sorry for the questions. I'm in the process of moving, but after it's all settled I'll be making the purchase and I'll definitely show pics for you
