they look to be authentic JDM lights on bB. not the US knock offs.
best guy to talk to is Mybox. Sean is a genius when it comes to anything JDM it seems like. he'll have the answer im guessing. if not him, try Carson Toyota as they also have vast knowledge of JDM stuff.

these are the Ichikoh Velias headlights. The companies website, specifically for these lights is http://www.ichikoh.com/youhin/product/head.html
i have a set myself that i'm doing some work on before i install them - come to think of it, that's the same grill i got too! doh!
these are not cheaply made and they are not cheap to buy either. but if you can afford it, i feel that they are worth it. to put it in perspective, Ichikoh is the company that makes the headlights for the Japanese Shinkansen or Bullet train.
anyway, they make two types, a halogen version ($800-1000 depending on who you get it from) and an HID version (which i've only seen listed at $2000+). Also, as far as i know, they only make the housing in the chrome that you see on their website. The ones in that picture were painted by that bb's owner (i think his name is Dai)
I got the halogen ones and ordered through www.bulletproofautomotive.com. Ask for Roo, he was the one that helped me out. it took a while to get here though, I waited 4-5 months..
