Why pay for something like that when you can go to your local hardware store and buy what you need to make one of your own. Probably cost you less than $5.

And why on earth would you want to put two more holes in your bumper. Just a thought.

The holes in my bumper are in the upper lip of the lower grill. Also, I would rather purchase this bracket, then fight with the assortment of materials needed to make such a bracket. In my opinion, it isn't a bad price for such an easy install.

I have one at home, I'll post a pic tonight.
Bought it off eBay from a guy in Hawaii.
I'm not going to use it.

That law was never passed so TX vehicles are still required to have front license plates. Sorry to burst your bubble.

Yup... California requires front plates as well. Can you tell what a good upstanding law abiding citizen I am?

That was my truck about 4 years ago. The prelude I drive today still doesn't have a front plate. Never has. Only the wife's box has a plate right now. And that is only because the idiot dealer had one of his lackeys drill two holes in the bumper cover to mount it. As soon as we start the body work, her front plate will be gone as well.

Huh, I'm really surprised that nobody has posted the DIY yet:
https://www.scionlife.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=16228

I made one and then gave it to our club prez since I decided to shun the law.

Yeah, I made my own too with a couple of small "L" brackets and a
couple of small nuts and bolts from Home Depot. total investment
was like $4 and you get the same effect as the ebay ones.
