I dont know if its possible but I think or thought I saw some pics of some xB's with moonroofs. I saw the one with the top totally whacked off..crazy but is it possible? I have heard that it is not due to it would through the whole car off when roof is cut. If you know anything about it or have it done fill me in what to do to get one!

 

Are you talking about a rag top style moon roof? If so do a search on moon roof. There have been several posts about this. As long as you dont cut the roof clear off it should not effect the integrity too much.

I was offered the 740 model, which has a control panel with several buttons which can be programmed to open to any position with one touch, auto close when ignition is off, an auto closing rain sensor, and an auto deploying wind deflector.

I got the 640 model, which was $100 less because it has a simple button that you keep pushing until the sunroof has done what you want, and no automatic features. In hindsight, the auto features would be worth it, and the big ceiling control panel would be easy to clean of finger dirt, whereas the single button in the new cloth headliner could be surrounded by grime in a few years.

Because I got Katzskins leather from the same installer, they gave me a good price on both = $1,200 each, plus tax.
