What are the best NON HID Headlights?

You may be correct. I believe H4 and 9003 are the same. As for 9006 being just silverstars, Im not sure, but these bulbs directly replaced mine.

EDIT: Just checked my stock bulbs and the heads do say H4. The fogs read 9006. I guess 9006 isnt just a silverstar number.

Silverstars here, the light output also depends on your headlights.

For example those halo lights with the 3 LEDs with silverstars in them - bright but horrible light output

The new halo lights from k2motor.com with the same silverstars - excellend light output, better than stock

And by the way if you put silverstars in and they blow out it's probably because you touched the bulb part with your fingers and the grease from your hands blew the bulb. You're lucky if you get your money back.
