They look like stock tails that have been candied.

They are just stock, a guy down the street from where I work has ones that look the same and his are just stock with a little work to them.

Not sure exactly what he did, candied them some how. Check out a local auto shop and find some blackout paint but in candy. Or search the forums, I'm sure there is a thread about it somewhere.

go to a hobby store and pick up a can of :

brand: Testors
color: Transparent candy apple red
cost: usually around $3.50 a can some wal-marts have them in the model car section in toys too

you should get a clear coat too...I did it to my scion and I've been doing honda tail lights for years now. Hope that helps

It looks like they took the tail light apart and painted the edges of the housing black, then painted the lens red from the inside.
