Default Any ideas to fix this?

When I bought my xa, I made the capital crime of screwing on the front license plate holder onto the front bumper. I don't know why I did this, maybe I'm just an idiot. Any ideas on covering up the holes if I take it off.

Or should I just get a plate for the front?

I was wondering how little silver plugs would look. I have a silver xa, just curious.

thanks, I might try to find some silver plugs for now. I've never used bondo or fiberglass.

Actually when I took off my license plate, and the screws, I threw on some chrome license plate screws. It looks pretty good with the silver.

For some reason, around my city, the cops love pulling people over for not having a license plate. It's one of their biggest ways on catching people doing something bad. I've just left mine on, I don't want the hassel. My sister has a mildly modified 99 civic and she's been pulled over twice in the last year. Low crime rate = bored and creative cops.

The dealership informed me that xA's come with pre-made divots in the front bumper showing where to drill. Supposedly regardless of if you actually have a license plate frame actually on the bumper, you can still see where it was supposed to go.

Frankly, I dont see why you really care. I love my xA as much as the rest of you, but its still just painted plastic. Who cares where you put the license plate?

oh mylanta... people! what is with the high tech fix of such a simple issue. Goto bumperplugs.com. They are a porsche tuner or something of that nature and they sell bumper plugs to match most any paint code and if they dont have it, send them the paint code. Theyll match it up. The IIP is under the toyota celica blue. Theyre $24.
