Default Chasing a noise... NEED help!!

I've got a 2006 XB that I bought new currently has 90k miles. This car has been AWESOME until now...

I keep hearing this "Womping" vibrating noise. So far I've changed the rotors and swapped the tires to see if that was the problem. No such luck. The noise is pretty loud, but the car drives great! No pulling at all! I have no idea what else to do? Could it be a wheel bearing? CV shaft?

I'm chasing my own tail here... Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated!

It sounds like road (tire) noise. Vibrating sound.

Could be a wheel bearning. I would think rear. front usually makes sounds louder when turning and rear is most of the time.

The noise changes with speed.. Gets louder. No "clicking sounds.. which would lead me to believe CV shaft... I love this car, but I need to get rid of it. I need something bigger. Figures the minute I want to trade it something goes wrong...

Jack up the car, spin and shake the wheel. Easy!

Replacing is a real PITA if you don't have the right tools, actually even if you got the right tools on second thought. At least on the fronts. Do a search here and read some of the threads on them.

I've replaced my rear bearings twice now, if you know what you are doing it's super easy. I did my last set in the rain in about 15 minutes. They can be kind of spendy however. Jack up the car, remove the rear wheels, I think there are only a few bolts you really need to worry about to get the assembly off, and I think it's only 4 actually holding the assembly on the car. If you have any questions I can help if needed.

And yes does sound like rear bearings, at first when I needed new bearings I thought it was uneven tire wear at first, but then it got a lot louder and I figured it out pretty quick lol.
