Default has anyone had their xB towed or put on a flat bed?

Just wondering if anyone has ever had their xB towed or put on a flat bed truck for transport, particularly xB's that have been lowered. If so, was the operator able to do so without scraping anything? I'm envisioning the day I need to be towed and watching my greddy evoII dissapear in a shower of sparks.

The xB must be place on a flat bed truck and should not be towed (two wheels on the road) as per the owners manual.

if your lowered just cross your fingers. some flat beds may carry wood to even tha car out so you dont loose your bumper at all but just cross your fingers if you ever need a tow

I had mine on a flat truck. It was close and it wasn't lowered. If it is lower good luck.

I just bought my xB, and that's not what my owner's manual says about towing. Mine says no sling towing (the old-fashioned tow truck kind) and no towing with the front wheels on the ground unless using a tow dolly (I forget if this one applies only to automatic transmissions or to all xBs).

There's even instructions for emergency towing using the screw-in eye bolts and a tow chain pulled by another vehicle.

I do feel that as a general rule, flat-bed towing is preferable to all other methods. If you're lowered and scrape on the way up a flat bed truck, won't most any other method of full-speed towing do the same unless you use a tow dolly?

Since I put my Goldline springs on, I can no longer get my
jack under the box, nor get it up on ramps without scraping
for my oil change!

I need to use 2X4 as a step to get the box up!!
