So My new box has two inverted tens I had heard that if your subs are inverted you need to change the polarity by wiring the + from the amp to the - on the sub, (and vice versa) but since both of mine are inverted that would be unnecessary since they are both already in phase correct?

That's correct.

Leave the wiring on the subs alone... however, you might find that flipping the phase switch on the amp might sound a bit better.

Technically, your subs are out of phase with the rest of the stereo system and should be changed.
This change will not make a dramatic difference, but it will make for a more accurate production of the audio signal, especially at frequency sweeps that dip in and out of mid-bass and bass ranges.
If your sub amplifier has a "Phase" switch, then flip it. If not (and the majority of the amplifiers out there do not), then you will need to switch the + and - speaker outputs. As with any changes involving wiring, make sure everything is OFF when you make these changes. For added security, you can remove the fuse for the sub amplifier to ensure there is no possibility of damage.

thanks for the help, I swapped it, and it does sound better in the areas you talked about before the transition was harsh but now it's silky smooth.
