yeah when you use led bulbs you need a resistor or a new flash relay. www.autolumination.com sells the new relays for 19.99

^^^ thats the place i got my brake lights from... they suck... blew out the fuse, replaced the fuse, turned the bulb around, they worked until i hit the brakes, and blew that fuse out... the other LEDs i had before those had a built in resistor into it... craftsmanship of those are crap... just my 2 cents... you shouldnt have to buy extra equipment if they are properly made...

yes you do. i don;t know which ones you've bought i've used his stuff for years.

whenever you use led bulbs you need a resistor or relay to blink correctly.

if you put the bulb in backwards how would you expect it to work. leds are much different than incandescent bulbs.

all leds have a built in resistor so as tehy can work with 12v. 12v is way too much for an led......

and each cars relay is different some can work well with led bulbs the vast majority cannot.

have you used his brake light LEDs? thats the only thing that i have gotten from him... the LED ones i have right now have a resistor built into the bulb itself... i liked his better cause it looks just like the ones for the lexus, a crap load of LEDs on it... let me know cause i still have them, i just put them off for now...

i have the same ones, brake lights anyways... how did you get yours to work? guessing just a resistor added inline with the wire... january is when i was going to plan on converting all bulbs to LEDs, would love to get some feed back from you if you dont mind, couple of tips and pointers perhaps...
