Seriously though, why would you say that? The ones for the xA are very small and don't look bad at all. If they cut down on the ammount of rear spray, what's wrong with that?
Stinks as in suck. Anyway I had mudflaps (OEM) on my '00 Toy. Corolla. I didn't like them, especially in winter with snow and slush getting built up under them when I'd be driving. Fortunately I never had any accidents, I felt after I took them off, winter driving was definitely better.

To conclude, they're not my thing. If you or anyone like them, that's all that matters.

I know this is an xA thread, but on the tC I bought mine without the mudguards and drove it that way for about a month and then bought the mudguards. It seems to prevent about 75% of the mud and dirt, which is better than I was expecting. I agree they're overpriced, but at least they work pretty well so its not like a total rip-off or something...
