Replacing broken wheel stud
I ran into a problem yesterday when I was removing the steelies to put on my Sportmax wheels. I had to dremel off the lug nut b/c it had stripped the thread or jammed on the stud.
Has anyone replaced a lug stud on their xB?? It's the front drivers side...
Ive done it before on my previous CRX, but I'm afraid it might be different.

I broke a stud of the right front before. went to Toyota and got a new stud, it was like $3-$5 bucks (surprised me). I pushed out the broken stud with a flat head screwdriver and a hammer. to press in the new one I took a factory lug nut and a couple of washers and put them on the new stud, the flared side of the lug is facing away form the car. tighten the lug down to pull the stud through and you're done. I'm not sure that is the right way of doing it but it worked for me.
