Weak A/C..

Weak A/C..

The blower motor went out and I had it replaced. Now the A/C seems weak and the recirculated air doesn't recirculate.
I had them look at it and they told me everything was fine. The air is cold but just seems like it's blocked. On 4 it's blowing as hard as it would be at 2.
I've searched and can't find anyone with the same issue. I've disassembled the center dash a few times but can't locate anything tied to the recirculating.
Does anyone have any ideas?
