Has anyone noticed how flimsy the windows are. When I roll my windows halfway down they rattle and don't seem to secure on the track. Does anyone else have this problem

 

i cant say that i do....i just read this and ran out and tried it...i dont have any rattle in any of my windows...i have a 2006 xB...hmmmm wonders

Yeah it makes me a little nervous. Mine is a 2006 as well. It seems like they aren't quite snug in the track. They rattle a little. I am being a little **** but I never noticed it on my other car.

 

Mine does it too once in a while. I too have a 2006.

 

There are some threads about this.
I think 'STICK-1NZ' fixed this by sqeezing togather the window tracks when the door pannel was off.
I have the E-SAM visors and they will hold the window in place until it is rolled down past the visors.
I am just gentle with the door when the window is down or not fully up.

rattling windows suck. mine kinda sorta moves with speed and wind.

 

My '05 doesn't rattle but it does "move" alot, especially when door is open and I close it with the window partially down.
I figure it's "normal" cause most of the Nissans I work on do the same thing, so I figure "What the hell, it's normal"...

I have a 2006 that is 2 weeks old, and I like to drive with the windows cracked, and YES I too have rattle sounds from the windows.

 

2006 Here as well, and when driving on the freeway with the windows down.. my windows shake pretty bad, so bad I stopped rolling them down when I drive.

 

ya i noticed mine too when i drive on the freeway. Can i bring it to the dealer and have them fix it?

 

me too. I have a 2006 and my driver's side window rattles a hell of a lot more than my passenger side window. Seems to happen with the windows rolled half way down.
