thats a sign that you didnt seal the headlight well enough. i say bust out your silicone again and seal it up. and a trick that i read around this board is to use one of those silica packs that you find in japanese crackers that says "do not eat" on them. supposedly they suck up all the condensation. so silicone the headlights and while they are setting tie a pack of silica to a string and drop it into the headlight.

Go to Target and rummage around inside shoe boxes. You'll find some in there. ;)

Otherwise search ebay for Silica Gel Packets.

just silicone the headlight seal you dont have to remove the condensation to silicone it first i think. just get three packets and drop one into each light (blinker, hi-beam, low-beam). just remember to tie a string around it so you can take it out.

as for finding a silica pack... the shoe rummaging sounds like a plan cause i seeing it in the shoes... otherwise i cant really think of any other place other than japanese food... and im not talking about sushi and stuff i mean like the japanese crackers you find in the asian aisle of your local grocery store

If you want some that are a little bigger than normal, you can buy some from HIDplanet.com. They're a couple inches long, most I've seen from shoe boxes etc. are pretty small. Not a big deal, but just though I'd throw it out there. I put a couple in my headlights after my retro-fit.

Acura TSX's actually come with huge (5"x5" from what I've read lol) in the headlights from the factory.

I blacked out about 3 sets, and none fogged up. Even my last set was done in a hurry, so I was rushing it, and no fog....idk what you guys are doing wrong but make sure to bake it again AFTER the painting, so the silicone is sticky and heated up, and press firmly all over the headlight.
