I do like the grills. I've been wanting to do the 2 front ones myself. I may wait a bit, I want to find out a way to work some fogs in there. Its easy to compare qualities by only seeing a picture. Not everything will look the same when you look at details up close, compared to a hardware store job. I've looked at cars at a show or just a parking lot and look decent from a distance. Then up close you see how its rigged together. Some times you can get away with hardware stuff, and sometimes you can't. Looks nice, thanks for the pics.

I like that you've got the faux vents replaced there with the FIG grille.

How do they hold up with water? I read somewhere on here that water could damage something behind those vents. I know the CAI goes in the right faux vent, but that is channeled. So will it be safe to run those side vents and not damage anything, considering that water can fly through those holes? Just curious!

have had 0 problems.. it would take a LOT of water to get sucked into the intake.. a huge splash, or complete submersion.. but i run an AEM water bypass valve just in case something happens... as far as the vents holding up.. no problem.. i did take them out after the front end was replaced.. i painted them red to match my red accents inside the car
