Roof Racks?

I have a 2012 and I am not sure where to start in adding a rack.

I want a system that I can put kayaks on and a large basket when Im not hauling them.

What system works well?

Thule? Yakima? something else?

I've got a Yakima Rack. I really like it. You MUST get the wind Fairing to go with it though because it howls without it. I have the round bar.
