Yeah that looks like .48 A/R TQ curve. Mike retuned it for 10? We tuned at 5 right?

The turbo seemed to top off around 12 psi. It didn't seem to want to hold. So I decided to keep it at 10.
Those numbers are VERY low even for Mike's dyno. I ran a tC on his dyno with a ton of boost leaks (brought in by the customer) and at nearly 100% duty cycle at 12 PSI on a .48 A/R with a 2.5" exhaust and downpipe. See below:

compare

We are heading back to Mike's soon with the same car (now that the boost leaks are all taken care of) once I finish the other 2 boost levels. We're gonna do 5 PSI, 10 PSI and 14 PSI with his Blitz EBC. 5 PSI map is done. Took me 3 hours, but I got it running bad ___ for just 5 PSI.

wow that tc made some nice power. Is it possible that I just have a smaller turbo?

Probably not. He has a 54 trim PTE turbo with a .63 A/R now. That dyno was a 54 trim on a .48 A/R at 12 PSI with a mediocre tune and tons of boost leaks.

We took the setup apart for him. Took out the 550s and put in 850s. Swapped out the turbine housing to a .63 A/R. Sealed up all of the boost leaks. Just started the retuning process. I did the 5 PSI tune. I still need to do 10 and 14 for him. So, I will run it over to Mike's once it's all done and do the pulls for all 3 boost levels.

That's a really odd power curve. Especially for that boost level. Something is a miss.
