Unless you are planning on running the system with the car off for long periods of time it won't matter. The car runs on the alternator when the engine is running so that is supplying all the power to the eletronics. If you still want to upgrade the battery I highly recommend the Odyssey battery line. I've run them in my last few cars and really like them.

If your voltage drops, I'd recommend possibly adding a second battery. I added an XS D3100 to my xB, but I'm also running a 3000rms amplifier.
The additional battery helped greatly.

If, like xseveredveganx, you are drawing more power than the alternator can supply then definitely upgrade your main battery to an AGM one. They will handle the short term draw of an amp better than standard batteries. A second one can be warranted when you start going to way too much power levels but try to keep the two batteries matched in style, size, and age so that they charge evenly and remember that having two batteries will put more of a stain on your alternator to keep them both charged. It is also a good idea to have an isolator and run the system off the second battery so that it cannot drain you starting battery. I personally haven't run a second battery in years but I also haven't run over 1000 watts in power for years. Just don't need that much power any more.
