xB RS10 Piano Black trim
Tired to order this from a dealer but they want a VIN. Anybody know a dealer that will sell me the interior trim?
A current owner that will part out or order on my behalf for a fee?

That would be Difficult because ALL Release Series parts are Special Order Items ordered only through the
Owner's VIN Number. The RS Parts are on their own Parts List that is not part of the regular Toyota Parts List.
And ALL Parts Ordered must be Paid for in Advance.
You can go with Greg S's suggestion and pull and paint your parts / trim.
Another Suggestion, depending on your budget, there are many Detailers now that do Custom Vinyl Wraps.
They can even Wrap an Entire Car and Change it's Color. Or Any Interior Trim to your Specifications.
They have a Palette of Choices, Designs, and Colors. Or you can D-I-Y like shown in the Above YouTube video.

Wrap is also a good option but for the shift and AC bezel it is difficult and/or you have to fill the grooves for wrap to work properly. I'm not saying don't do a wrap, as you can see from the attached pic I've wrapped plenty of my dash. If you are wanting the piano black look of the RS 10 then I think paint is a better option.
Any body shop should be able to do it easily but it's really just a rattle can job that you can do at home. The hardest part would be removing the trim rings for the vents.
