i was wondering afte i installed my cold cathodes behind my girll, if it is legal to do that in CA

i read online and i was cheking the laws, and in Ca they say that RED cathode ligts are illigal if installed behind the girll
is there any other color i can use or are all colors illigal in CA

 

It is legal to install behind girlls, but only if consent is given.

well here in cali a cop told me ther legal if you cant see them.. but i ask a diffrent cop and he told me ther were illegal so i dont know?
