Man, where did this happen around Chino Hills and around what time? I'm hearing about all these people in So Cal getting refd and i wanna avoid those areas but i guess you cant avoid the inevitable. I already got a speeding ticket form a stupid fly over plane, thats why i asked, cuz i cant afford another one.

ooh yeah they are out to make up the lack of state budget, san diego has been hot again and they also have the street task team out looking.

i agree on that i was abt to get that same exhaust but now no way

chp has planes and helicopters they use to go over open stretches of road or keep up with speeding vehicles till backup arrives. i see this on the 8 frwy alot.

WTF TRDSPARKS screwed me over too?!?!?! Don't put CARB LEGAL on the product if its not... wow. I specifically bought this exhaust cause its carb legal so i dont have to deal with @$$HOLE cops in cali.... great...

All exhaust are CARB legal unless they eliminate the catalytic converter. As long as you still have the original cat, you should be fine. The only thing they can tag you for is excessive noise.

Yep ^^, thats exactly what happened. Right down the good ol 15fwy going to SD. I still disagree on the speed since another car and i got pulled over at the same time.

nope wrong read what happened to one of the sema members that got cited for noise but was thrown out due to proof of db levels then got cited a differant cvc# for removing oem exhaust without a california air recource board #. it's not so easy these days

because a carb number is not given, so you pay them for fees, forms and testing then if approved to meet c.a.r.b. specs it's given a number, parts are sold country wide so why pay CALIFORNIA air resource board money when that "C" stands for only california. it's new laws to go after imports
