Installation instruction for electrochromatic mirrow

Can some one please point me to the right direction . I try to Google nothing comeup. There are no installation come with the unit.

Sparks said they have a aftermarket EC mirror they sell.
My dealer said the Scion EC mirror isn't available yet? is this true?
