I use my wiper and it works fine, just wished it would cycle vs staying on continious. Got to watch for the po po. Dont think my parents know how to work it since they are driving it.

I bought the rain-x winter wipers and they suck IMO. After 1 month and my first real winter weather test they were no longer flexible and failed to clear a good portion of my windshield.

I have used rain-x for years and love the regular product.

question for people with the rear wing, does it really help with rain ? does it get less dirty and less using the rear wiper? i dont really care for the spoiler because i think it sticks out too far, but if it will help cleaning the rear window, i will get one. i wouldnt mind getting a small roof wing, kinda like this one :

Rear windows works fine for rain here. I notice a lot of dust sticks to my rear window, so whenever I notice it getting dusty, I give it a shot with the rear washer. Few twists of the washer and its crystal clear again.

Im gonna have to give the same opinion as Darkside, just get rid of the wiper cuz the rear window is practically straight anyway and it looks much better with the wiper removed and plugged. just apply some rainx every other week and its all good!!

I had the hood for my xa and it only helped witha few inches of the rear window.

I carry around some rags and spray washto wash off the rear as its a dirty magnet when I drive myxb. I keep a eye in the rear for cops, traffic incase I need to switch lanes based on whats in front of me in addition to my sides.

i carry rags too, but i drive too much to keep it clean and hate how the rear wiper clears only the middle part. wish it had an intermittent setting for the rear. i just keep doing a quick one wipe, but gets dirty/wet a few seconds later, depending on how the rain is.

Default Rear window wiper issues

Took mine off. First car of ten owned that had one. Never needed a rear window wiper before and still don't.
Easy procedure to remove wiper and motor assembly. Plugged hole with a generic trunk lock cylinder. Looks totally normal!

Couldnt tell you, my xa still got dirty and the hood made it harder to clean the upper edge or coat it in rain x.

I had second thoughts about the one I put on my xa as it blocks the 3rd brake light from being seen from above, like if you are in traffic with a semi truck and the third brake light is suppose to make you more visible and here the hood has a new light that is stuffed up under it making it harder to see.
