Default 91k original brake pads

I just changed my ORIGINAL front brake pads at 91k. They were as thin as a dime but not squealing yet. I drive 30k a year 70 percent highway 30 percent city.
Needless to say I bought factory pads. I decided to detail the calipers with BBQ flat silver while I was in there.

Those lasted a nice long time and the paint job looks good.
Changing the brake pads is usually a good time to change the brake fluid too.

Remarkable, 91K

100% agree about brake fluid change, especially in high humidity areas. My dad once told me, you’ll never get the brake pads to last as long as the original pads lasted, and so far I’ve found that to be true. Good job on the caliper paint job, looks good.
